摘要
目的:探讨2种被动式自锁托槽系统(SmartClip,Damon3)分别和不同弓丝组合时在后牙段所产生的摩擦力差异。方法:24℃及干燥条件下,分别测试这2种被动自锁托槽系统与3种弓丝(0.36mm NiTi圆丝、0.48mm×0.64mmN iTi方丝、0.48mm×0.64mm不锈钢方丝)组合时在后牙段的动、静摩擦力。结果:当使用0.36mm NiTi圆丝时,SmartClip与Damon3自锁托槽的摩擦力相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。当使用0.48mm×0.64mm NiTi方丝和不锈钢方丝时,SmartClip与Damon3自锁托槽的摩擦力相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),并且SmartClip大于Damon3自锁托槽的摩擦力。结论:SmartClip自锁托槽可以有效调节摩擦力大小,在使用较小尺寸弓丝时可达到同Damon3自锁托槽相似的低摩擦力效果,当放入0.48mm×0.64mm以上的方丝时摩擦力迅速增加。
Objective: To study the differences of the frictional resistances of two kinds of passive self-ligating brackets ( SmartClip, Damon3 ) coupled with 3 types of archwires. Methods : The static and kinetic frictions of different combinations of 2 kinds of passive self- ligating brackets ( Damon3, SmartClip) coupled with 3 types of archwires (0.36 mm inch nickel- titanium archwires, 0.48 mm ×0.64 mm nickel- titanium arehwires, 0.48 mm × 0.64 mm stainless steel archwires) in the posterior teeth segment were tested in the dry enviroment and at the stable temperature of 24 ℃. Results:When 0.36 mm nickel-titanium arehwires were used,the frictional resistance of SmartClip and Damon3 bracket had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ). When 0.48 inm × 0.64 mm stainless steel archwires were used, they had significant difference(P 〈 0.05) , and the frictional resistance of SmartClip self-ligating bracket was higher than that of Damon3 self-ligating bracket. When 0.48 mm × 0.64 mm nickel-titanium archwires were used, the frictional resistance of SmartClip and Damon3 bracket also had significant difference(P 〈 0.05 ) , and the frictional resistance of SmartClip self-ligating bracket was higher than that of Damon3 self-ligating bracket, too. Conclusion:SmartClip bracket can adjust the friction efficiently. SmartClip bracket can have a low frictional resistance as Damon3. When 0.48 mm× 0.64 mm inch arehwire is used, frictional resistance immediately increases.
