摘要
提高调质钢锻件的冲击韧性是一个极具现实意义的课题。在导致钢脆性的诸多因素中,二类回火脆性是比较突出的一个影响因素。在热处理工艺方面,采取回火快冷加补充回火、调质或常规正火前加高温正火以及亚温淬火等工艺,都能有效提高调质钢的冲击韧性。
How to improve the impact toughness of quenched and tempered steel forgings is an important thesis with operation significance. In many reasons resulted in steel brittleness, the amphiprotic temper brittleness is a predominant influencing factor. In the aspect of heat treatment process, by adding the posting tempering and quenching and tempering process to the tempering and rapid cooling process, or adding the high temperature normalizing process and the sub-temperature quenching process before regular normalizing process etc. , the impact toughness of quenched and tempered steel forgings has been improved effectively.
