窝轮飞刀的锻造

摘要 窝轮飞刀材质属于高碳高合金特殊钢,其合金元素与碳含量很高,导热性低、塑性差,允许的加热温度范围很窄。锻造时必须严格控制温度,防止加热不足或过热、过烧。经过生产实践,摸索出了一些能保证产品质量的参考数据。 The flying shear material of turbine is a kind of special high alloy steel with high carbon content, characterized in the high contents of alloy dements and carbon, the low thermal conductivity and poor plasticity, and the small range of allowable heating temperature. Temperature must be strictly controlled when forging, in order to prevent the insufficiency of heating, or over heating, over burning. Through the practical production, some parameters have been brought out for reference that might guarantee the product quality.
