Steel-Making Production Program by the Way of Multi-Combined Mode

介绍中国一重集团铸锻钢公司冶金分公司炼钢厂(以下简称炼钢厂)充分利用设备、现场、时间及空间资源,为满足冶炼不同吨位的钢锭及铸件的需要,重新组合编制生产计划的方法。目前已形成了一个完整的生产计划组织模式,在实际生产中提高了生产效率。

This article introduces that the steel-making plant, the metallurgy subsidiary company of Castings and forgings Steel company of China No. 1 Heavy Machinery Group, has fully utilized the available equipment, the site, the time and the space resources to meet the requirement for melting variety tonnage ingots and castings, and thus developing another steel-making way by reconstructing the production program. Recently, an integrated production program and enterprise schema has shaped gradually, which upgraded the production effect practicality.
