中药改善促排卵周期子宫内膜容受性的临床研究 被引量：19

摘要 目的探讨应用中药(助孕增膜方)对改善促排卵周期不孕症患者的子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法将60例促排卵周期中子宫内膜生长不良的不明原因不孕患者在下一个促排卵周期中随机分为两组:治疗组(助孕增膜方)30例,月经周期第5d口服助孕增膜方,每日1剂;对照组(戊酸雌二醇)30例,月经第5d起每天口服戊酸雌二醇2mg;以上两组均在排卵日(B超声像显示优势卵泡消失日)停服上述药物。采用阴道B超监测卵泡发育数量及排卵数、内膜厚度及内膜类型、子宫黏膜下血流参数、生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率。结果两组用药后患者子宫内膜厚度均有改善,但两组之间没有差异。治疗组卵泡发育数量及排卵数比对照组多;子宫黏膜下血流参数中,治疗组阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床妊娠率方面,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助孕增膜方能促进子宫内膜生长,改善子宫内膜容受性,有助于胚胎着床。
