摘要
从环境的选择、围网的架设、日常管理等方面,按照绿色食品标准开展大黄鱼围养技术的研究,取得成功,并制定了一套较完善的大黄鱼围养技术规范。研究结果表明:每口围养大黄鱼3年总产值614.5万元,利润494万元;大黄鱼体形较为修长,体色呈淡金黄色,蛋白质含量18.7%,脂肪含量13.6%,氨基酸总含量181.5g/kg,其中鲜味氨基酸总含量87.1g/kg。
Research on the technique for the Enclosure Culture of Pseudosciaena crocea was examined according to the standard of green food, and made great success in the choice of environment, the setting of purse net and routine management. It was helpful to establish an improved technology regulation on the enclosure culture of Pseudosciaena crocea. The present study showed that total production value of Pseudosciaena crocea was 6, 144, 500 yuan per purse net during three years, and gross profits reached to 4, 939, 610 yuan. Protein content in enclosure culture Pseudosciaena crocea was 18. 7%, fat content was 13. 6%, amino acid content was 181. 5 g/kg, including tasty amino acid 87. 1g/kg, and fish has a slender and light golden body.
