浅议诏安县城洲岛特别保护区建设

Discussion on Construction of the Special Conservative Zone at Cheng-zhou Islet in Zhao-an

海岛是我国经济社会发展工作中一个非常特殊的区域,具有很高的资源、生态和经济价值。城洲岛地理位置特殊,生态环境优异,周边海域海洋生物资源丰富,但由于缺乏有效的保护与管理措施,生态环境遭受较为严重的破坏;城洲岛特别保护区的建设将对海岛自然生物资源的恢复,人们生态文明意识的提高,诏安县经济和社会又好又快发展等具有重要意义。如何处理好建设城洲岛特别保护区过程中存在的问题,科学、合理、有序地建设好特别保护区,更好地把握建设发展方向,是本文重点阐述的对象。

Island is a very special area at economic and social development proceedings in our country. It has high value of resource, ecology and economy. The construction of the special conservative zone at Cheng-zhou islet will benefit for the revival of natural biologic resources and the promotion of sense of ecological civilization. It plays an important role in good and rapid development of economy and society of Zhao-an county. This paper mainly discusses the status and the problems of the construction of the special conservative zone, and also makes some suggestions.
