异戊酸丁酯的催化合成研究

摘要 以硫酸镓为催化剂,异戊酸和正丁醇为原料合成了异戊酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用性等因素对收率的影响。结果表明:硫酸镓是合成异戊酸丁酯高效、环境友好的酯化催化剂。适宜反应条件下收率达到88.1%。 Butyl isovalerate was synthesized by using gallium sulphate as the catalyst.Many effects were investigated such as amount of catalyst, reaction time,molar ratio of alcohol to acid and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that it was the efficient and environmental friendly catalyst. Under the best conditions its yield could reach 88.1%.
