摘要
医学会取代了原先的卫生行政部门成为现今的医疗事故技术鉴定机构,在一定程度上缓解了医患矛盾,但该制度仍存在许多立法缺陷亟需改进。
Medical association replaces the health administrations becoming today＇s medical technology accreditation body, to a certain extent aUeviates the doctor-patient conflicts, but the system stiU exists an urgent need to improve the lot of the legislative shortcomings.
