摘要
构建了基于DEA方法的服务业发展技术效率模型,重点针对我国1995年到2006年间服务业发展中技术含量的提升对服务业整体发展水平的影响进行了评价和比较,探讨了20世纪前后技术进步对我国服务业发展产生了那些影响,以及在不同地区之间,技术水平对服务业的促进作用有怎样的差别,最后通过对比分析,提出提升我国服务业技术创新贡献水平的对策建议。
In this article we were building the service Industry development technical efficiency model based DEA method, and taking a evaluation and comparison to the impact of technical content enhance to the overall level of service industry development in 1995 to 2006 in our country, exploring how the technological progress influence the service Industry development in our country in the 20th century, as well as the distinction about how the technical level promote the service Industry in different regions. Finally by the comparing analysis, we put forward some proposals about improving the technological innovation contribution level of Chinese service Industry.
