正角度变位传动行星轮系的优化设计

摘要 本文对正角度变位传动行星轮系,取中心轮、行星轮和内齿圈的变位系数、中心轮齿数、轮系齿宽和模数等六个参数为一组设计变量,以轮系体积最小为目标.用内点惩罚函数法解数学模型,进行了优化设计。并且在一次优化后,对齿数、模数园正和标准化,再进行第二次优化,最终得出最优化的结果。该优化方法的处理,对解决正角变位传动行星轮系的优化问题,有一定价值。 In designing the planet gear wheel system of positive angle change position drive the author of the paper took the change po- sition coefficients of the central gear wheel,the planet gear wheel and the internal gear ring,the numbers of the central gear wheel,the gear width of the wheel system and its modulus as a group of design variable,using punishing function to solve the mathematical model in order to make the first option,trying to obtain the most minor volume of the wheel system.After the first option made second option of the corrected and standardized numbers of the gear,modulous and other design rariable.Thus the most excellent result had been attained. This method has some value in solving the problem of option of the planet gear wheel system of positive angle change position drive.
