摘要
【目的】探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像技术在诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)中的技术优势及临床应用价值。【方法】对63例临床疑有ASO的患者行64层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)检查,数据在ADW 4.3工作站进行分析,行容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、高级血管分析(AVA)等多种后处理并结合原始图像进行综合分析。【结果】63例的血管重建图像对ASO有特征性显示,可以准确、清晰显示血管管壁各种斑块及管腔的不同程度狭窄。【结论】64层螺旋CT血管成像对下肢动脉病变的显示具有独特的优势,逐渐成为诊断病变及评估手术疗效的首选影像学检查方法。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice CT angiography for diagnosis of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity. [Methods] 63 cases clinically suspected as arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity were performed CTA with 64-slice scanner. The data was analyzed on ADW 4.3 workstation, reformed by VR, MIP, CPR, AVA and generally analyzed with original axial images. [Results] All of the 63 cases were performed suc- cessfully and were characteristically. It can accurately and clearly display various plaque of vessel wall and different level stenosis of lumens. [Conclusions] 64-slice CT was valuable to demonstrate arterial disease in lower extremity and become the first method to diagnose and evaluate the curative effect.
