摘要
Bmi-1基因属于PcG家族。使Bmi-1沉默可以促使肿瘤细胞发生衰老,细胞衰老目前被认为是体内抵抗肿瘤发生的机制之一。在许多肿瘤中存在Bmi-1基因高表达,其广泛参与肿瘤的发生发展。Bmi-1调控机制主要通过下调p16Ink4a和调节Akt/PKB通路发挥作用。
Bmi-1 gene belongs to PcG family. Down-regulation of Bmi-1 can promote tumor cell senescence,which serves as an important tumor suppressive mechanism in vivo. Bmi-1 gene is overexpressed in a number of malignancies, and widely participates in the genesis and development of tumor. Bmi- 1 acts mainly by down-regulating p16Ink4a and regulating Akt/PKB pathway.
