吉林省长白山区农村基础教育英语教师素质现状的调查与研究

Investigation and Research on Present Situation of English Teachers' Quality of Rural Basic Education in Changbai Mountain Area

通过调查问卷和访谈的方式,对吉林省长白山区农村英语教师和学生进行调查,旨在研究农村基础教育英语教师的素质现状,全面掌握目前农村基础教育英语教学状况,在分析相关数据的基础上,提出提高农村英语教师素质的建议,为促进农村基础教育英语教学的快速发展,培养高素质的英语人才奠定基础。

By means of the surveys of English teachers and students of rural basic education in Changbai Mountain Area, Jilin Province, this paper mainly focuses on the present situation of English teachers＇ quality and learns thoroughly the present situation of English teaching of rural basic education. Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions on bettering the quality of rural English teachers and establishing the foundation for promoting the rapid development of English teaching of rural basic education and training talent of high quality based on the surveys.
