摘要
仓储制度是历代荒政的一项重要举措。文中主要对1912-1931年间的吉林仓储情况进行考察,探讨这一时期吉林省仓储的设置、管理、实际运行情况以及历史作用。
The storage system is an important measure of relieving famine policy in all previous dynasties. This article mainly carries on the investigation to the situation of storage in Jilin province during 1912-1931 years, discusses the establishment, management, actual operation and the historical function of storage during these time.
