培养具有创新能力的人才是增强国家综合国力的要求,高师院校承担着培养具有创新精神和实践能力的未来教育人才的历史使命。创新是民族进步的灵魂,是素质教育的着眼点,文章从学校环境,教师和具体教学中三个层面探讨高师院校学生创新能力的培养。

Cultivating the talents with innovative ability is the requirement of enhancing the country＇s comprehensive national strength. The normal university undertakes the historical mission of training the talents who have the innovative spirit and practical ability. Innovation is the soul of the national advancement, also is the focus of quality education. This article discussed the cultivation of innovative ability from three aspects, namely, the school environment, teachers and concrete teaching.
