运用数据分析等方法阐述了美国、日本、德国三国中小企业的融资模式,分析了中国民营企业的融资机制与发达国家的主要差距,研究表明:借鉴发达国家中小企业融资经验,辅之以必要的政府扶持和引导,是目前金融危机影响下,改善中国民营企业融资难的基本路径。

Three financing modes of SMEs in America, Japan and German are elaborated. The main disparities of SMEs Financing betweeen China and developed countries are analyzed pointing out the basic way to improve the difficulty of SMEs Financing in China.
