运用成本效用分析指出经济系统最优化条件仅与经济系统的生产函数类型以及投入要素效用贡献指数的取值有关。揭示了由资源稀缺性和技术条件所决定的系统优化过程。

In view of economic input - output, maximum of cost utility in economic system is a substance representation of the system optimization, and the maximum of cost utility is coherent with cost minimum. The basic process of system optimization with the relevant qualification was studied, which pointed out that the concrete optimization process is depended on cost structure and production function on the economic system. The optimized situation of a economic system only concerns with its production function model and the utility contribution index of its inputs.
