中医辨证防治化疗后消化道毒副反应

Preventing and treating gastrointestinal sideeffect induced by chemotherapy via syndrometype in TCM

目的：探讨运用中医辨证论治方法分型使用中药配合西药镇静、止吐药防治化疗后引起的消化道毒副反应的疗效。方法：观察１７４例化疗患者，辨证分型为脾虚湿困型７６例，脾虚湿热型５１例和胃热伤阴型４７例，根据中医辨证论治理论自拟基本方药，并配合西药镇静、止吐分别治疗各型。对照组１７４例单用西药镇静、止吐治疗。结果：治疗组显效１５２例，有效２２例，显效率８７．３６％，总有效率１００．００％。对照组显效９８例，有效４４例，无效３２例，显效率５６．３２％，总有效率８１．６１％。２组显效率比较经统计学处理有非常显著性差异（χ２＝４５．９８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：应用中医辨证分型使用中药加西药镇静、止吐药可以减少化疗消化道毒副反应的发生率，使化疗能顺利完成。

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese herb combined use of sedative and antivomitting drug according to syndrometype in TCM on preventing and treating gastrointestinal sideeffect induced by chemotherapy.Methods:One hundred and seventyfour cases of chemotherapy were divided into Pixu Shikun type ( n =76),Pixu Shire type ( n =51) and Weire Shang yin type ( n =47).Then,all cases of different type were treated with selfmake basic recipe based syndrometype in TCM theory and combined use of sedative and antivomitting drug.In addition,174 cases were treated with sedative and antivomitting drug alone (control group).Results:In the treatment group,152 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were improved,the markedly effective rate was 87 36% and total effective rate was 100 00%;in the control group,98 cases were markedly effective,44 cases were improved,32 cases were ineffective,the markedly effective rate was 56 32% and total effective rate was 81 61%.There was an obvious statistical difference between 2 groups(χ 2=45 98, P <0 01).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese herb based on differentiationtyping combined use of sedative and antivomitting drug can reduce incidence of gastrointestinal sideeffect induced by chemotherapy,so that it is helpful to accomplish the chemotherapy process successfully.
