摘要
目的探讨紫外线、红外线、毫米波联合应用对烧伤的治疗效果。方法将140例深Ⅱ度创面患者随机分为7组:紫外线治疗组(A组)、红外线治疗组(B组)、毫米波治疗组(C组)、紫外线加红外线治疗组(D组)、紫外线加毫米波治疗组(E组)、红外线加毫米波治疗组(F组)、紫外线加红外线加毫米波治疗组(G组),分别采用毫米波、红外线、紫外线及联合应用治疗烧伤创面观察临床效果。结果从开始至治疗14d观察症状及创面愈合情况。7组疗效比较,D组、E组、F组、G组分别与A、B、C组比较疗效差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),G组与D、E、F组比较疗效差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C组间比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D、E、F组间比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论仪器联合应用能使深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合加快,疗效明显优于单独应用毫米波、红外线、紫外线。同时,三种仪器联合应用效果强于两种仪器联合。
Objective To explore the curative effect of ultraviolet ray combined with infrared ray and millimeter wave for burn. Methods 140 cases with deep secondary degree of burn were divided into 7 group randomly and treated with different waves: group A ( treated with ultraviolet ray) , group B ( with infrared ray) , group C ( with millimeter wave) , group D ( with ultraviolet ray + infrared ray ) , group E (with ultraviolet ray + millimeter wave) , group F (with infrared ray + millimeter wave) , group G( with ultraviolet ray + infrared ray + millimeter wave). The clinical symptoms, wound surface healing and curative effects were observed from the initiation to the 14th day of treatment. Results The difference between single ray group (A, B and C ) and combined ray group( D, E, F and G), two ray group( D, E and F) and three ray group( G), had statistical significance respectively( P 〈 0. 05 ). The difference among group A,B and C,and among D,E and F had no statistical significance respectively(P 〉 0. 05 ) Conclusion The curative of combined treatment with ultraviolet ray, infrared ray and millimeter wave has advantage over the single ray.
