摘要
论述了液压外制动回转差动行星齿轮箱的工作原理、结构、传动比计算方法及主要技术特点,该齿轮箱在动态制动时,将制动器设计在齿轮箱的输出端;制动器的压力变化必须与操作手柄的摆动角度变化一致;整机密封采用浮动密封。该齿轮箱已在工程车辆上成功应用。
This paper elaborates the working principle, structure, ratio calculation and technical features of a wheel drive gearbox which features a hydraulically braking system at power output side. The braking unit was designed at power output side under dynamic braking condition. The variation of brake release pressure synehronizes with the angle change of the brake manual handle. Floating sealing technology was applied for the unit oil sealing. The gearbox has has been successfully applied in some wheel drive construction machines.
