摘要 通过对宝钢1580 PC轧机零调与轧制过程的辊系状态分析,提出了一种新的交叉头间隙补偿方案,有效地控制了辊系的原始交叉,零调后轧机辊系平行,有效降低了轧机零调过程的轧制力偏差,从而保证了PC角设定后,辊系实现对称交叉,提高了轧制过程的稳定性,该研究结果具有实际应用价值。 By analyzing zero-adjustment and roll system during production for 1580 PC in Baosteel Co. , Ltd. , A new cross-head clearance compensation proposal has been raised, which could control cross original of the roll system effectively. With zero-adjustment proposal, the roll systems will he in parallel and rolling force deviation will be reduced effectively during the zero-adjustment process, hence the PC cross angle setting make the roll-symmetric cross into effective, improve the stability of the rolling process. The results of the research have practical value.
