宽厚板热矫直和冷却过程的三维有限元模拟 被引量:4

摘要 借助于商用非线性分析软件MSC.SuperForm,用弹塑性有限元法建立宽厚板热矫直与冷却过程的三维热力耦合复合模型,并对该过程进行模拟仿真,得到了钢板热矫和冷却之后的残余应力分布。分析了热矫直和冷却过程两者共同作用对钢板残余应力的影响。分析表明,热矫直后的钢板经冷却到常温状态,残余应力不仅在数值上增大,且分布规律也与热矫后有很大的差别。因此相对热矫直过程,冷却过程对残余应力的影响较大;沿板宽方向温度梯度大的地方,残余应力的分布波动有较大变化,梯度越大残余应力的值越大。 With the aid of the non-linear FEM software MSC. SuperForm, a three-dimension coupled thermomechanical composite model on plate hot-leveling and cooling process have been conducted and the distribution of transverse and longitudinal residual stress across the length and width of the plate after leveled and cooled are abtained. Both the effects of hot-leveling and cooling process on the plate residual stress are analyzed in the condition of the same temperature distribution before the plate is hot-leveled. It indicates that transverse and longitudinal residual stress not only increases but also has different distribution after leveling and cooling to the normal temperature. This shows that compared with the hot leveling process, the cooling process have a great effect on the residual stress ; The bigger the temperature gradient along the width of plate, the larger fluctuations of residual stress. Besides, if the temperature gradient is larger, the residual stress value is larger.
