Mallory-Weiss综合征的急诊氩气刀止血治疗体会

Haemostatic Effect of Argon Beam Coagulator Treatment for Emergency Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Resulted from Mallory-Weiss Syndrome

目的观察急诊氩气刀治疗食管贲门黏膜撕裂症(Mallory-Weiss syndrome,MWS)所致的上消化道出血的止血效果和安全性。方法对2005年9月-2007年12月应用氩气刀治疗患者16例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例经氩气刀治疗后均无再出血,无并发症,治愈率100%。结论急诊内镜下氩气刀治疗食管贲门黏膜撕裂症引起的上消化道出血是一种非常有效、安全的急诊治疗措施。

Objective To observe the haemostatic effect and safety of emergency argon beam coagulator treatment on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage resulted from Mallory-Weiss syndrome. Methods The clinical data of sixteen cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated by argon beam coagulator from September,2005 to December,2007 in our hospital were analyzes retrospectively. Results All the cases had no further bleeding and complications after the treatment of argon beam coagulator,the rate of hemostasis was 100.0%. Conclusion Argon beam coagulator treatment under emergency endoscope is a very effective and safe measure fort upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage resulted from Mallory-Weiss syndrome.
