摘要
头尾拉窄是热轧宽带钢常见的质量缺陷,莱钢1500 mm热轧带钢生产线在冷轧用低碳钢SPHC、薄规格碳素结构钢Q215B、Q235B等生产过程中出现头尾拉窄的现象,给冷轧工序带来诸多不利影响。本文主要分析了影响带钢头尾拉窄的因素,借助测宽仪、板形仪及历史记录查询等手段,快速排查拉钢原因及工序部位,并针对不同情形,制定出相应的控制措施。
The head's pulling narrow is a common quality defects in hot-rolled wide strip. This phenomenon is often take place in Laiwu Steel 1 500 mm hot strip production line in the cold-rolled material SPHC, thin gauge carbon steel Q235B, Q215B, etc. The quality defects brings a lot of troubles to customers and downstream cold-rolling processes in uncoiling. This paper analyzed the influence factors of the phenomenon, and rapidly detecting the reason of pulling narrow and locating the position in processes by using wide mesurement, flatness mesurement and inquiry of historical record. Then develop appropriate control measures according to different conditions.
