国定社区卫生服务站点医疗服务现状调查

Investigaton of Present Situation on Medical Service in Guoding Community Health Service Station

目的了解社区卫生服务站点就医人群年龄、疾病种类及医疗服务基本现况,为社区诊断、健康促进及制定社区卫生服务政策提供依据。方法2008年2月对前来站点就医的所有患者记录其性别、年龄、病种及接受医疗服务种类情况。结果调查显示,社区卫生服务的主要对象为60岁以上的老年人,占78.99%,女性比例较高,就医的疾病种类排序前三位为高血压、糖尿病及冠心病,医疗服务的主要内容为慢性病、多发病的诊治、监测、配药、咨询、健康指导以及急症、重症、疑难病症的甄别和转诊。结论明确基本医疗的范围,加强常见病、多发病的健康宣教,逐步从"以疾病为中心"向"以健康为中心"的转变,将会更好地发挥基层医疗的医疗、预防和保健职能,进一步提高居民的健康水平。

Objective To understand basic situation of patients＇ ages, kinds of disease and medical service for community diagnose, health promotion and formulation of community health service police. Methods All patients＇ sex, age, kinds of disease and kinds of medical service in Guo Ding medical service station from February 2008 were recorded. Results Investigation showed that over aged 60 years patients were main object of community health service （78.99%） , the percentage of female patients was higher,the first three kinds of disease were hypertension, diabetes and coronary artery disease, the main contents of medical service were diagnose, supervise, prescription, consuhing, health directions of chronic diseased and frequently-occurring disease, as well as distinguish, transfer of patients with emergency, severe or puzzling disease. Conclusion Definite scope of basic medical , strengthen heath education of common and major diseases, gradually change from ＂disease＇ s center＂ to ＂health center＂ will bring better medical prevention and health protection, further enhance inhabitant＇s health level.
