摘要
应用氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)36例、61只眼、背景期DR行局部光凝12只眼,有效率100%,增殖前期及增殖期DR行全视网膜光凝49只眼,有效率71.43%。增殖前期与增殖期DR的疗效统计学上差异无显著性。探讨了氩激光治疗DR的机理。
Argon laser photocoagulation was undergone in 36 cases (61 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy,and 12 eyes with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with argon laser local photocoagulation Good effects were achieved in 12 eyes(12/12,100%) Argon laser panretinal photocoagulation was undergone in 49 eyes with preproliferative or proliferative diabetic retinopathy,which had an effective rate of 71 43% There was no significant difference in effective rate between the preproliferative and proliferative diabetic retinopathy groups Our results showed that argon laser photocoagulation was an effective method for diabetic retinopathy and should be considered first Meanwhile,it was worth to explore further its mechanism,indication and follow up
