摘要 研究了硅酸盐溶液中柠檬酸钠、钨酸钠、石墨等添加剂对陶瓷层形成过程和微弧氧化层摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验结果表明,柠檬酸钠能降低氧化过程的起弧电压,减缓反应速度,使微弧氧化膜更加致密;加入石墨能降低膜层的摩擦系数,起到润滑作用;随着电解液中钨酸钠含量的增加,氧化膜的耐磨性提高。 Influences of citrate,tungstate and graphite on the forming process of ceramic coatings and wear resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating of TiAl alloy are studied in silicate solution. The results show that citrate can reduce the reactive voltage of oxidation process and the reaction rate and cause the coating to become more compact. Graphite can reduce the friction coefficient of the coating. With increasing the content of tungstate in the electrolyte,the wear resistance of the coating enhances.
