摘要
主要研究了金属镀层材料和镀层厚度对FBG传感器温度灵敏度的影响。从理论上根据弹性力学、光栅传感器理论并结合材料的物理属性求出FBG传感器温度灵敏度与镀层材料属性和厚度之间的关系。实验数据表明,金属材料和厚度理论变化曲线与实验变化曲线一致,并且FBG传感器灵敏度也提高了3~20倍。
The fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensorls temperature sensitivity which is influenced by the metalcoated material and thickness is presented. The accurate equation is gotten according to the elasticity and fibre sensor theory. As indicated by the experiment, the changeable curve of the temperature sensitivity between theory equation and experiment is identical and the FBGs sensitivities can be improved by 3-20 times.
