The influence of long time voyage on submariners' hearing

摘要 目的:观察了解常规潜艇艇员长航前后听力变化情况。方法:在长航前后分别对参加长航60天的35名艇员进行听力检查,测量数据用t检验统计学方法处理。结果:29名航前听力正常的艇员长航后听阀有非常显著性变化(P<0.01),高频范围(4~6kHz)听阀上移较多。航前已有不同程度听力损失的6名艇员,在长航后听阀又有上升,听力损失有不同程度的加重。结论:潜艇噪声对艇员听力有不容忽视的影响。 Aim: To investigate the changes of submariners' hearing after a 60 days voyage in a conventional submarine. Methods: Hearing thresholds of 35 submariners were measured two days before and one day after the voyage, and the results were analysed and statistically processed with the paired t test. Results: Twenty nine submariners with normal hearing before the voyage had significant changes in hearing threshold after the voyage ( P <0 01), and there were more upward hearing threshold shifts in the high frequency range (4 ̄6 kHz). Six submariners with hearing loss of different degrees before the voyage had aggravation of their hearing loss in various degrees together with more marked threshold elevation. Conclusion: The noise in the submarine cabin has great influence on submariners' hearing so that appropriate measures should be taken for their protection.
