选择性中期妊娠减胎术的临床应用

选择性中期妊娠减胎术主要用于减少多胎妊娠的胎儿数目或减灭异常胎儿,妊娠12～24周在超声引导下经腹穿刺被减胎儿心脏并注入10%氯化钾2～5mL使胎心停跳。将胎儿数目减至双胎最好,有阴道流血者应于流血停止后至少1周后施行。妊娠成功率为88.9%,孕28周后分娩率为92.6%。新生儿体重增加,母体并发症减少,可以改善多胎的妊娠结局。

The second trimester selective multifetal pregnancy reduetion（MFPR） is mainly used to fetieide the abnormal fetal objectively or reduce the fetal number. Trans - abdominal selective pregnancy reductions during 12 -24 weeks were performed under ultrasound guide, the reduced fetus was not injected potassium chloride （KCl）intracardiacally until fetal heart beat stopped gradually. Remaining twins after reduction will be the best. We reduced fetus after va- ginal bleeding stops for one or more weeks. The successful pregnancy ratio was 88. 9% ,the rate of delivery after 28 weeks was 92. 6%. The mean birth weight of neonates was increased, the complications of muhifetal pregnancy women was decreased. The second trimester MFPR could improve the outcome of pregnancy.
