摘要
目的:探讨被动吸烟对母体及胎儿的危害。方法:利用妊娠小鼠被动吸烟模型及临床病例对照研究。结果:小鼠整个孕期被动吸烟,每窝胎仔数较孕中期后被动吸烟及对照组明显减少,差异显著(P<001),被动吸烟孕鼠骨髓细胞及胎鼠嗜多染红细胞微核率高于母鼠。被动吸烟孕产妇胎儿宫内生长发育迟缓发生率及早产、新生儿窒息发生率均高于无被动吸烟孕产妇,差异显著(P<001)。10例被动吸烟孕产妇外周血姐妹染色单体互换较对照组明显升高(P<001)。结论:被动吸烟对母体及胎儿的遗传物质均有损伤作用。
Objective: Observing the effect of passive smoking to two generations.Methods: Using the special maternalfetal relationship of mice and human.Results: The number of one brood fetus in the group of passive smoking in whole gestational period was more than that in the group of passive smoking after the sixth day of gestational period and the control group (P<0.01).And the passive smoking had an obvious action for increasing the micronucleus percent of the experimental groups.The speripheral blood SCE rate was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: Passive smoking is harmful to genetic substance of mother and fetus.
