人咽喉部乳头状瘤病毒抗原及DNA序列的检测

A Survey of Glycemia on the Rats with Local BrainIschemiareperfusion

目的：通过测定人咽喉部乳头状瘤组织中乳头状瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）壳蛋白抗原及ＤＮＡ序列，探讨ＨＰＶ感染与咽喉部乳头状瘤的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法（ＡＢＣ法）及ＤＮＡ斑点杂交技术。结果：２２例乳头状瘤组织ＨＰＶ抗原阳性率４５５％，ＨＰＶＤＮＡ阳性率５０％，并与组织学观察进行对比分析。结论：实验结果提示，人咽喉部乳头状瘤的发生和发展与ＨＰＶ感染有关系。

Objective: To reserch the changes of glycemia during cerebral ischemiareperfusion in rat.Methods: The animal model of local cerebral ischemiareperfusion was established by occluding cerebral middle artery,then the peripheral glycemia was detected in 30,60,120 minutes in the course of reperfusion.Results: The glycemia of local cerebral ischemiareperfused animal were elevated significantly.Conclusion: The above data indicated the glycemia changes should be payed attention during cerebral ischemicreperfusion.
