摘要
目的:探讨多肌运动诱发电位(MEP)对384例运动神经系统损害的定位诊断价值。方法:经皮对皮层运动区及脊髓行高压电刺激,用4导联记录仪记录多块肢体肌的MEP,根据异常MEP波形及其波形参数(主要是时间参数)的肌节分布对病灶进行定位。结果:本法对各种运动神经系统损害的定位准确率为714%~100%。结论:本法对运动神经系统损害是一个非常有用的、无创、简便而准确的电生理学定位检查法。
Objective: Aims by detecting HPV structural antigens and HPV 6,11,16,18 DNA sequences in papillomas of human larynx or pharynx to study the relationship between HPV infection and laryngeal or pharyngeal papillomas.Methods: 22 specimens resected from patients with laryngeal or pharyngeal papillomas were investigated by immunohistochemical staining and DNA dot blot hybridization.Results: The positive rates of HPV structural antigens and HPV DNA sequences in 22 caese of papillomas were 45.4% and 50% respectively,and were compared with histological observation.Conclusion: The results indicated that the laryngeal or pharyngeal papillomas may be related with HPV infection.
