摘要
借助仿真软件Sonnet研究了金属导电层厚度、电导率和铁电薄膜介质损耗对移相器传输损耗和反射损耗的影响。结果显示:导电层的厚度超过2.0μm后,移相器的传输损耗不再随导电层厚度的增加而改变;随着导电层电导率的增加,移相器的传输损耗在高频段迅速减小;随着铁电薄膜介质损耗的减小,移相器的传输损耗在高频段下降很快;当介质损耗小于0.001时,移相器的传输损耗几乎不再减小。前述三种因素对反射损耗基本无影响。
The influences of conductivity and thickness of metal conducting layer and dielectric loss of ferroelectric thin film on transmission and return loss were studied by the simulation software Sonnet. The results show that when the thickness of conducting layer is over 2.0μm, transmission loss of the phase shifter does not change with the increment of conducting layer thickness; with the increasing of conductivity of the conducting layer, the transmission loss declines rapidly at high frequency; when the dielectric loss of the ferroelectric thin film reduces, transmission loss of the phase shifter reduces rapidly at high frequency; but the transmission loss does not reduce almost when the dielectric loss of the ferroelectric thin film is lower than 0.001. The three factors have little influence on return loss.
