互联网不仅仅是一个技术概念,而且是一种更为广泛的社会概念。作为一种新的行为场域,网络空间所具有的开放性、虚拟性、交互性、丰富性、平等性、去抑制性、超时空性等社会属性,对青少年网络心理和行为具有双重影响,必须加强对其行为的动机分析,完善各种制度,多途径地对青少年的网络行为进行引导。首先,加强网络道德教育、网络心理健康教育,引导青少年树立正确网络观;其次,发挥家庭的引导作用,合理干预青少年的网络行为;第三,加强网络环境建设,强化网络行为的法律规范、制度规范和道德伦理规范,营造良好网络氛围;第四,社会各界齐心协力,对网络空间依法进行科学管理。
