非书资源管理与图书馆数字化管理体系的构建

Construction of None-book Materials Management and Library Digitization Management System

资源整合是数字图书馆建设的重要基础工程。理想的数字信息资源整合是把各种信息资源透明、无间隙地联在一起,让使用者感觉如同只在一个资源系统中操作。如何将现有的图书馆联机公共检索目录(OPAC)与各种数字资源、电子资源及网络资源合理的整合在一起,实现资源的有效利用,已经成为现代图书馆管理的焦点。而经过整合的资源可以充分发挥计算机和网络的强大功能,使信息检索效率得到快速提高。通过从管理系统选择、硬件配置和管理、资源加工与处理等几个方面的介绍,以苏州科技学院图书馆非书资源与服务平台为例,提出了非书资源在OPAC中存在的一些问题,提出了解决问题的相关方法。

Resources integration is an important fundamental project of a digital library. The ideal integration resources of digital information, which links all kinds of information transparently and seamlessly, allows people to use it as only one operating system working. Thus, it becomes a significant question for discussion that how to integrate the existed OPAC to work with the various kinds of digital resources, electronic resources and network resources in order to realize effective using. And the integrated resources will exert powerful capability of the computers and networks, which make the information research effi- ciency improve greatly. On the basic of management system choosing, hardware collocating and managing, resources processing and operating, this paper introduces practices of the digital resources and the service platform of Suzhou University of Science and Technology. It also proposes that it exists some problems of digital resources with the OPAC, and puts forward some methods to deal with.
