Voxel模型动态三维超声重建定量测量左室壁心肌重量

Quantitative Measurement of Left Ventricular Mass by Dynamic Three dimensional Voxel Imaging

摘要 为了评价Voxel模型动态三维超声重建技术测量左室壁心肌重量的准确性,我们采用三维法和两维法对18例各种心血管病患者进行研究,并与磁共振法对照。结果表明,动态三维重建能够从不同角度清晰地显示左室壁的形态。三维法测量左室收缩末期心肌重量与MRI法测量结果之间高度相关,相关系数为0.88,两维法测量结果较逊,相关系数为0.75。 In order to evaluate the accuracy of 3 D extract technique for measurement of left ventricular mass, 18 patients of various valvular heart diseases were studied by 3 D and 2 D. Results were compare with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Hewlett Packard 2500 echocardiography and 2.5 MHz multiplane transesophageal probe was used for data acquisition. TomTec echo scan system was used for three dimensional reconstruction LV mass measurement. LV mass could be reconstructed successfully in all patients. The geometric feature of LV mass and the indention of muscular trabecula could be demonstrated clearly. 3 D computation of LV mass in end systolic in 18 patients was achieved with an accuracy comparable to that of MRI (r=0.88, P< 0.001 ), and was superior to 2 D methods (r=0.75, P< 0.001). This technique promises to be a more accurate method for estimating left ventricular mass.
