经静脉六氟化硫葡萄糖白蛋白左心超声造影实验研究 被引量:2

Experimentary Study on Left Ventricular and Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography by Intravenous Injection by Sonicated SF6 Dextrose Albumin Microbubbles

摘要 对9条闭胸狗,1条开胸狗经周围静脉分别注射声振葡萄糖白蛋白(SDA)及含六氟化硫的声振葡萄糖白蛋白(SDA-SF6),进行左心腔与心肌超声造影。结果:周围静脉注射SDA-SF657次,左心腔显影55次,显影率96%;注射SDA54次,左心腔显影27次,显影率50%。SDA-SF6组和SDA组比较:左室持续显影时间分别为15±2和4±1s(P值<0.001),经肺时间分别为4.5±1.0和5.0±1.0s(P值<0.01),左室显影强度分别为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级和Ⅰ级。心肌显影成功率SDA-SF6为100%,心肌显影强度为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,而SDA为0。另有4条狗作了主动脉根部非选择性造影,结果两种造影剂的心肌显影均为100%。 Left ventricular and myocardial contrast echocardiography were performed in 9 closed chest dogs and one open chest dog by intravenous injection of sonicated SF6 dextrose albumin microbubbles (SDASF6) and sonicated dextrose albumin microbubbls (SDA). Left ventricular opacification rate was 96% (55/57) in SDASF6 group, 50% (27/54) in SDA group. The dense contrast persistence time in the left ventricule, the pulmonarytransit time and left ventricular ultrasound videointensity was 15±2s, 4.5±1.0s, Ⅱ ̄Ⅲ grade in SDASF6 group; 4±1.0s, 5.0±1s, I grade in SDA group, respectively. There were significant diferences between two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.001). Myocardial opacification rate was 100% in SDASF6 group and the ultrasound videointensity in left ventricular myocardium was Ⅰ ̄Ⅱ grade, 0 in SDA group. Contrast agents were injected by the catheter at the root of aorta in another four dogs. Myocardial opacification was 100% and ultrasound videointensity was Ⅲ grade in two groups.
