铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜耐药机制的研究进展

摘要
铜绿假单胞菌(PA)是一种重要的条件致病菌,现已成为临床标本中分离出的常见菌。由铜绿假单胞菌所造成的感染中形成生物被膜(BF)是极为常见的现象,BF对抗生素的耐药性明显增加并难以被彻底清除,由此造成的慢性反复感染已经成为临床上治疗的难题,所以研究铜绿假单胞菌BF的耐药机制,对于临床治疗BF导致的慢性反复感染有极其重要的意义。
