IMA、CK-MB、CTNI、ECG联合检测在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的应用价值

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(ACS)是临床上大多数心血管疾病患者就诊和猝死的主要原因。ACS早期诊断,尤其是在心肌没有发生坏死的可逆阶段提早确诊尤为重要。现对血中IMA、CK—MB mass、CTNI水平,并同时描记12导联心电图(ECG),评价IMA在ACS早期诊断中的临床价值。
