超高堆体下堆肥物料的氧气时空变化特征研究 被引量:4

摘要 在堆高为4.3 m、分三层进行布气的条件下进行粪渣污泥静态垛堆肥试验,研究了堆肥过程中氧气的时空变化特征。结果表明,堆体的氧气含量和耗氧速率都具有明显的层次效应,耗氧速率总体上呈先增加、后减小的趋势,其最大值出现在升温阶段;随着堆肥的进行,堆体的最低氧气含量呈线性增加,透气性变好;采用分层布气的方式,超高堆体各层的氧气含量通风后都恢复至17%以上,可以维持好氧堆肥的顺利进行。 The static composting test of night soil sludge was performed under the conditions of pile height of 4.3 m and three layer aeration, and the temporal-spatial distribution of oxygen during composting was investigated. The results show that the layered effects of oxygen content and consumption rate in the pile are obvious. The oxygen consumption rate is increased in the beginning of composting, and falls quickly after the maximum consumption rate is achieved. The maximum oxygen consumption rate is a- chieved in the temperature rising stage. The minimum oxygen content is increased in a linear manner with composting above 17% , and the air permeability becomes better. After aeration, the oxygen content is increased to , can maintain the smooth aerobic composting
