本文研究了热管锅炉给水系统中的空化现象。研究结果表明,在沸腾的流体中,有可能出现临界空泡。文中导出了能预估过冷沸腾条件下空泡的发生和成长的Sigma表达式。分析结果表明,从空蚀的观点出发,在流体的工作压力被指定后,合理地选取气-液型热管式换热器的工作温度是很重要的。
Studying on the cavitation problems of heat pipe boiler-feed system, the paper points out the possibility of the critical cavitation bubbles in the boiling liquid. A sigma expression is deduced to predict the inception and growth of cavitation in the subcooled boiling. An analysis shows that it is very important to select a reasonable working temperature for heat pipe in designing a gas-liquid heat pipe exchanger from the view point of cavitation damage when the pressure of liquid is assigned.
