摘要
本文介绍8NVD48A-2U船用中速柴油机的滑油光谱分析工作,叙述了油样的采集、分析、数据处理,还叙述了主要摩擦副的磨损规律、柴油机磨损技术状态评估及其在故障诊断和状态维修中的应用。
This article presents the spectrometric analysis of the lub oil for 8NVD48A-2U medium-speed marine diesel engine, It also describes sampiing, analysis and data processing of the oil sample, the wear regularity of pricipal mated mounting parts, evaluation on the technical wear condition of engine and application of trouble diagnosis and' condition maintenance.
