摘要
本文参照思维逻辑的基本原理,分析了专家们加权的过程,找出了专家们加权的机理,用模糊数学方法,建立了模拟专家们加权过程的数学模型,并用C语言使之在微机上得以实现。此外,本文还根据专家系统的基本思想,对指标的选择问题进行了初步探讨,用PROLOG语言将专家们的知识表达出来,再用接口技术将两门语言连接起来,构成了完整的程序——INDEX。本文最后以南京—香港航线上的散装水泥船为例,用INDEX程序进行运算,选出了指标和它们的加权数,基本上解决了指标的选择和加权问题。
In accordance with the basic principle of thinking logic,the paper makes an analysis on the weighting process of the experts and founds the weighting mechanism of the experts. Thus an mathematical model is set up with Fuzzy sets to imitate the weighting process of the experts. It was realized with C Language on micro-computer. In addition to this, the paper makes an initial study on the selction of objects according to the basic consideration of the expert system. It presents experts' knowledge with PROLOG Language and links up the two laguages with interface technique so that to build up a complete program…INDEX.Taking a cement carrier operating on the course of Nanjing/Hong Kongasanexample,the paper finally carries out calculation with INDEX program and gets the objects and their weight vaule thus to solve the problems of object selection and weighting.
