面对内外竞争环境的不断变化,研究探讨了医院核心竞争力的生命周期,从医院的角度对生命周期的概念及形成机理做了明确的界定和叙述,从核心竞争力的角度对医院核心竞争力生命周期的阶段划分进行了分析,并在此基础上对如何基于医院核心竞争力的生命周期提出了维持持续竞争优势的管理流程。

With the change of the competitive environment in or around the country, to make a research into the discussion on life-circle for the core competence of hospital so that to analyze the life-circle in terms of its concept and mechanism and set a clear boundary and a narration to it. And to also analyze the stages of life-circle for the core com- petence of hospital in the view of the core competence of hospital. Based on witch, it was put forward that a procedure of maintaining the sustaining competitive development of the life-circle for the core competence of hospital.
