Appearance and the Growth of Knowledge

科学是一个知识体系,知识是对关系的陈述和再现,这些关系是某种现象。知识是对现象的陈述和再现,从本质上来说,知识和现象是重合的。现象是人类依靠自己的感觉和知性能力,在理性的指导下的一种建构。新知识的产生实质上便是现象的建构。库恩的范式理论也证明了这一观点。而现象的建构特点也显示了科学发现的特征,即主观性、瞬间性、自明性和无规律性等。

Science is a system of knowledge.Knowledge is the statement and representation of relations.These relations are appearances.Knowledge is the statement and representation of appearances.Knowledge and appearance are essentially coincident.Appearance is a construction from ourperceptions and understanding under the direction of reason.The occurrence of new knowledge,in fact,is the construction.Kuhn's theory of paradigm verifies this proposition.The characteristics of the construction of appearance hint the characteristics of scientific discovery,i.e.subjectivity,temporality,being self-evident and illogical and so forth.
