支撑锁定钢板并“骨柱”植骨治疗胫骨平台Ⅱ型骨折 被引量:3

Locking buttress plate and autologous cortical bone stick graft in treating tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅱ

摘要 目的探讨胫骨平台Ⅱ型骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法2005年5月至2008年7月对17例胫骨平台Ⅱ型骨折患者,行切开复位支撑锁定钢板内固定并自体髂骨“骨柱”植骨手术,术后第3天行关节功能练习,2周后不负重行走。结果本组17例患者均获随访,随访时间2—36个月,平均13个月。按照Rasmussen评分标准,优13例,良4例。结论支撑锁定钢板固定并自体髂骨植骨治疗胫骨平台Ⅱ型骨折疗效满意。 Objective To discuss the surgical technique/treatment and effect of locking buttress plate internal fixation and autologous cortical bone stick graft in treating tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅱ. Methods From May 2005 to July 2008,17 patients with type Ⅱ tibial plateau fracture were treated by open reduction, locking buttress plate fixation and autologous iliac cotical bone stick graft. All patients started functional exercise 3 days postoperatively, and none weight - bearing walking after two weeks. Results All patients were followed up from 2 to 36 months,with an average time of 13 months. According to Lowa' s functional grading system, the excellent, good cases were 13,4 cases respectively. Conclusions Satisfactory result can be achieved by locking buttress plate internal fixation and autologous cortical bone stick graft for tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅱ.
