摘要
针对航空整体结构件铣削变形问题,提出了航空整体框类结构件铣削加工过程的数值模拟方法。对结构件数值模拟建模关键技术进行了研究。数值模拟综合考虑了材料毛坯初始残余应力、切削载荷、刀具轨迹等因素。在同样切削条件下进行了加工试验,试验结果与模拟结果较一致,验证了数值模拟过程的正确性。研究表明,数值模拟方法是研究航空整体结构件铣削加工变形的有效方法,可正确预测零件的加工变形。
Aiming at the the cutting deformation of aerospace monolithic components in milling process, a numerical simulation method for the milling process was approached. The key technologies of simulation were investigated. The factors including initial residual stress, cutting loads, cutting sequence and tool path were synthetically considered. The experiments were carried out under the same conditions. The results of simulation agree with the experimental ones well. The results show that the milling process simulation is an effective method to predict the machining deformation correctly.
