高草酸尿症大鼠肾骨桥蛋白表达与尿液草酸排泄的关系 被引量:4

摘要 研究表明,骨桥蛋白在肾结石的形成过程中发挥重要作用。不论是在细胞系培养还是在动物模型中,草酸都能够有效地刺激肾脏合成和分泌骨桥蛋白。但是,由于检测手段、实验对象和造模方法的不一致,其在肾脏中的定位仍有不同的观点。我们在不同排泄浓度的高草酸尿症大鼠模型中,探讨肾脏骨桥蛋白表达的水平、位置与尿液草酸浓度变化的关系。
